If you are a coffee lover, you have to visit, sit down and have a coffee, and buy some small batch, rare, and limited coffee beans only available here. The reserve coffee is sold for a few weeks. I don’t like to always eat or drink the same things so this place is perfect for me. I am always there for a new roast I haven’t tried before.
I am still learning what it means to drink the perfect cup of coffee. The barista is part of the equation. The beans, the roast, the ratio of coffee and water, good quality water, brewing equipment and method. And what else makes a good cup of coffee? The taste, aroma, sip, feel and after taste. If you are a coffee addict, please comment and give me some pointers. Would love to learn more about how to describe coffee.
This was from my last trip there, only batch in the world roasted that day. Bali vintage was shipped to Seoul and only available in Korea now.
